Thank you for your purchase. Due to our stringent hygienic standards, lacquers and treatments cannot be returned. All orders go through extensive quality control. However, in the event that the product is damaged during the shipping process a refund or store credit will be issued.

Please provide us with your order number and a photo of your damaged product. We offer a window of 48 hours from the time you received your package to be eligible for a refund or credit.
